Employment Support That Understands You

At Community Ambition CIC, we offer group employment sessions designed for individuals who have been out of work for over six months. But we go beyond job search support — we understand that challenges like housing issues, disability, money management, and access to grants can all impact your ability to move forward.

Unlike other services, we take a holistic approach, recognising that progress often requires more than one type of support. By working closely with you, we help build confidence and provide tailored guidance to take meaningful steps toward employment.

We also collaborate with statutory organisations such as the DWP and our partners at Maximus to reach those most excluded from the job market due to disability, age, or lack of skills.

With our support, you’ll feel empowered and ready to take the next step in your career journey.
